I am trying to decrease the number of seats in my account. It is something urgent and important for my company.
I should be able to do this in the first place without the need to speak with customer support. If I can increase the number alone, I should be able to decrease it. This way of holding customers hostage is the type of behaviour that makes me start looking for a new provider, really.
When I contact the chat to address the issue I find a horrible (really horrible) chatbot that tells me the team will contact me in 2 days.
I try to address is in a separate conversation and I find this amazing conversation (see screenshot).
We have been very happy customers in the last 3 years, but the only think I think now is how quickly and what steps do I need to take to get rid of Zendesk.
