Is there an app in the Marketplace that provides a hold timer that will work for Zendesk? My searches haven't found one and it seems to be something that should be fairly simple.

Hi Cyn, I don't think there is – can you add some more details about what you'd want from such an app?
We're just looking for something that starts automatically when a customer is placed on hold and displays the hold time. Our agents aren't to leave a customer on hold for more than 2 minutes without checking in with them. The timer would start afresh after a check-in.

Gotcha Cyn, thanks for the clarification. I don't know of an app that will do this. Maybe some clever and enterprising developer will see this and give it a try!
