I am the billing admin for kirkhill.zendesk. Nobody else in my company can pay the bill but me. However i cannot login because ever since I lost my phone, my MFA no longer authenticates. My other agents/users are not able to reset my MFA either, when they login it takes them straight to billing page. We are totally stuck, unable to login to pay the bill, and locked out of our ticketing system.
Help! My account expired because i cannot login to pay the bill!
