Does anyone know of any articles or websites that discuss bounce rates for help centres and faq pages?
The behaviour when searching for help articles is much different than, say, buying a shirt, so I'm trying to find out what the acceptable or standard bounce metrics are for help centre articles, and also if there are any well known methods or processes for identifying, diagnosing and resolving bounce rates, specifically for help centres.
Please share anything you know of that covers this.
