Help Center notifications - do Suspended Users get emails?

We have many of our end-users subscribed to receive notifications to certain Help Center sections.  If a user is suspended from creating tickets, does that also prevent them from receiving notification emails of new topics in the Help Center?

Hi Matt!

I did some testing on this and was able to determined that if an end-user is suspended they will not get email notifications of updates in Help Center.
