I want to configure Web Widget with Contact form and Help Center. I followed this article to enable guide and then this article to configure web widget.
I have enabled guide, then configured Category,Section and Article and then activated the guide.
Then in Support -> Admin settings -> Channels ->Widget i have enabled 'Contact Form', `Help Center` and `Contextual Help` options
Then i copied the script and paste it into my website's HTML source code before the closing </head> tag.
When page renders i see the Help icon as expected, but when i click on Help, it directly opens contact form instead of Help Center.
When user clicks on help, i want by default to show Help Center. How can i do this? i thought this is default behavior?
Currently i am using trial version to test Zendesk. Is help center not available in trial version?
