I enabled Help Center for Zendesk Widget with Contextual Search and I set the label programmatically to show a set of articles by default like Top suggestions before you start typing smth. It works fine, but I noticed that the choice is limited by 3 articles only, if I filled out contextual search with the same label I see all the articles.

My question is: can all the articles be displayed by default or increase this limit?

Example, what I see after clicking on Help Center button:

but there should be more, as more articles assigned to my label.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Mykhailo,

Thank you for posting a question on our Community.

As of the moment, it only displays the first three results as top suggestions and community posts are not included in the suggested articles list. More information can be found here: About Contextual Help for the Web Widget

I've marked this conversation as product feedback for review, which means that your input will be aggregated as a part of our Voice of the Customer program that provides customer feedback to our product development teams. We truly value customer feedback and your voice and votes in the product feedback topics in the community help influence future Zendesk functionality.

@Cheeny Aban, if Zendesk is collecting product feedback, I'd like to add my voice to those saying it would be nice to be able to display more than 3 results. Our support staff identified 5 articles that would most help the userbase that we have submitting support tickets, but unfortunately we're only able to surface the top 3 of those 5 at the moment.  Thanks for being open to input!
