I trust this message finds you well. I am currently facing a technical challenge related to the implementation of a classic web widget on my site, and I am reaching out to seek your expertise.

After successfully uploading a series of help articles that I am eager to share, I encountered an unexpected issue. The intended classic web widget, designed to elegantly present these articles, seems to have vanished without a trace. To complicate matters, attempting to access the link I initially found prompts a request to upgrade my account.

I am keen to understand if there is a misstep in my approach or if this is a common occurrence with a straightforward solution. Your insights and guidance on resolving this matter professionally would be immensely appreciated.
