Hello everyone,
I'm new to Zendesk. I would like to learn the capabilities of Zendesk and see if it fits our business requirements.
Here's some points of interest:
- Day to day support, like ticket system with administration for granular permissions. for example, have groups follow support threads by getting CC'd.
- Onboarding/Offboarding capabilities
- Support history for research on past support items and possible resolution, instead of "re-inventing the wheel"
- Knowledgebase
