Having a terribly difficult time reaching an agent at Zendesk about our account

I have tried for several days, leaving messages and emails, etc and no response. It has been one of the worst customer experiences I have ever dealt with. I would appreciate a call asap regarding our Zendesk account or be guided on another way to communicate with someone today.

and @mohit14 it looks like you've been able to chat with our customer care team today?
