Hello everyone,
I have several clients that are based in one country (e.g. France or Italy) but sell all over Europe, directly or through a network of resellers.
They'd like to offer Customer Service with a local phone number, but this usually requires an office in every country to get a local phone number. Doable for major countries, less for smaller ones, where they don't do a big business.
Does anyone already had the same situation ? Are there any solutions to work around that ? PO Box ? Maybe there are providers dedicated to that case, that can provide local numbers from anywhere ?
