I have been emailing Zendesk support since August to downgrade our account.
It takes them weeks to respond and when they do, they remind me of the MSA and that our account isn't for renewal until February.
Yet, when I respond and tell them that I am not around in December and January and that this needs sorting out now, they don't respond to my emails.
This is, by far, the worst customer service I have ever seen from a company that prides itself in developing a customer service platform.
I don't want to talk to the stupid bot. I want to talk to a real life human on the phone or at the very least, on chat.
