Is it possible to let a staff member assigned an "Agent" license to only work on the guide/help center articles and not see any support tickets at all?

 

We have specific staff that we want to edit and author articles but not see any help tickets due to the sensitive nature of some topics in the tickets. Is this possible.

Hi James

 

This would be possible with custom roles, and restricting the agent to tickets in his group, and that group being a group that never gets tickets. More information about custom roles can be found below
