In GUIDE: I rely on the "Show Changes" feature in Article Revisions when I need to figure out what I changed between two revisions.
However, there's a major issue when I've made a small change. Rather than highlight just the change, it sometimes highlights a large amount of text in green (new) and red (old), making it quite difficult to determine what changed.
In such a case, I end up doing a copy/paste to a text file (which obviously does not include images) for each of the two revisions. I then use a file-comparison utility to identify the diffs.
I have posted a ticket and communicated with Zendesk about this issue. However, I'm not getting the impressions it's going to be fixed soon. It's frustrating.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
