Hi,
What message does the customers hears when they call after hours or if no agent is working, or do they hear a message at all?
I've found all the greetings and that but nothing about greetings when you're closed. I'm guessing we would like something like "Hi, we are not open right now. Please call again tomorrow". Is there a function for this?

If I'm understanding you correctly, you should be able to set up a Voicemail Off greeting as mentioned here: Configuring voicemail options
