We have our support pages / knowledge base housed in ZenDesk, but SEMRush and Google are unable to crawl them and consider the links broken with a 403 error code. On our end, the links work, but we are concerned that we are unable to optimize them for SEO as Google and SEMRush do not have the permission to crawl them. Has anyone had this experience / know a way to enable permissions?
