Getting number of all replies (public comment), from a single agent, across a specific timeframe.

Is there a way in Explore to get the full number of all public comments made by a specific agent, across multiple tickets, in a specific time frame (day, week, month, year)?

I tried filtering "all public comments" by "assignee email" or "assignee name", also "updater email or "updater name", but all that does give me replies in specific tickets that the agent is either currently assigned to, or was the last one to update the ticket.

This doesn't give me the full number, because our tickets are set up to get reassigned after a certain amount of time to the next agent, so by the time the report runs, the agent will no longer be neither the assignee, or the last updater of that ticket, even though they might have made public comments in that ticket - but these won't show up in the filter.

In other words, is there any way to get the *pure* number of public comments they sent, *regardless* of which ticket these were made in?

Hi Mike!

There is a recipe for this here: Explore recipe: Counting agent comment updates that you can adapt to suit your needs.
