I would like to get information about comments added to ticket in last 24 hrs.
One way is to get list of ticket updated in last 24 hrs and pass ticket id 1 by 1 to another API to get comment information.
can we use below API service to get incremental information about comments ?
GET /api/v2/incremental/ticket_events?start_time={start_time}
