I want to calculate the resolution time for each group was assigned on a ticket until it is solved . I already came into a post that calculate time based on group change but it will miss the last time group was changed as when ticket is solved it will not change the group .
One way to solve this is to create a group change trigger to track latest change but this is not so practical and will affect another metrics so how can I add the latest change before solving the ticket
