FRQ: Default Language based on Agent profile, not customer language

Hi,

our use-case is, that all "English speaking" Agents need support all languages by Translation Apps.

So far Knowledge App always show "DE / German" articles if the ticket is German.

We looking for a way to set it default to "english" that we know our keywords to search correctly i.e. "Crash" instead of German Word, which we may don´t know.

Then linking can be in customer local language.

Any idea how to achieve?
