how can I have a ticket that is in MY unresolved tickets, while having another ticket where I just stand as follows?
right now I only get them on regular mails and I have no control over them.
of course have my ticket in my unresolved tickets but not the ones I am put on as follows.
Is this possible ?
Just to confirm, you want to have another view that shows tickets that you are currently following?
If that's the case, there's currently no condition related to followers. You ca add a tag on the ticket and use it as a condition for your views.
