I've encountered a scenario where a ticket is closed and the customer responds to that ticket creating a follow-up ticket. So far, that's fine. It's creating a ticket flow and passes on all the information from the previous ticket to the follow-up ticket. But then the customer responds again to the original ticket and it creates a second ticket. So from one closed ticket, I now have two ticket streams. Does anyone know how to find tickets where this has occurred?
