Customer communications in Zendesk is not forwarded to our Flowdock inbox. Only internal comments appear in the notifications from Zendesk. There seems to be no current degradations, maybe Zendesk changed their API recently? Is there something we can do to help solve this problem?

Hey Nils,

Can you open a ticket so that we can take a look at your zendesk instance's configuration? This will help us to be able to troubleshoot more effectively.
