My acconut manager left ZenDesk and now I don't know how to get in contact with my account manager. How do I find this person so I can discuss our contract?

Same here. It is extremely difficult to contact anyone at Zendesk. I just need to contact my account manager because my current one left.

I guess there is a theme here so I should not take what has happened personally.

I am yet another customer that cannot get in contact with our Account Manager.  We WERE, looking to expand our utilization of Zendesk from Technical Support to Member Support with an additional expansion relative to utilizing Zendesk telephony.   However, the account manager contact information I was provided is no longer with Zendesk and they did not even have the courtesy to reassign or send any communication.    Who can contact me from Zendesk so we can discuss my companies expansion for YOUR product?
