I have created a couple of dashboards now and learned everything I can about enquiries by reading through the forums and help links.
However, I can't for the life of me get all of my queries on a dashboard to filter by time. There are always one or two that won't change. I need a dashboard for our weekly meeting to show stats for the previous week.
I just want to be able to use the same dashboard every week and filter by date but it seems impossible right now. Can anyone help me with this?!

Are your queries that you have on a dashboard coming from different datasets? If so, you may need to make sure all the Date elements are selected when using the Date filter. In the example below, I have a dashboard with data from Chat and Support. When adding my data filter, I've simply updated it so it'll filter on time elements from both datasets and then it'll filter everything on the page for me.
If there are cases where you have to toggle multiple filters, you may want to look into using a Bookmark to take a snapshot of all the filters togged to select the proper timeframe. Here's an article that may be helpful.
