Hello,

 

I would like to create a view for each of my emails so that they can be filtered in a tidy fashion.

Unfortunately, I can't find a way to do this.

I had thought of assigning a tag to emails that come from certain addresses but I can't see how to add tag either? My list of tags is empty?

You could make a drop down field with each email address in it and use triggers to set the field if a ticket is created via one of the emails. Then you could create a view using the drop down as a column to sort and group by.

Thanks for the help. I have created a ticket field but I can't see it in my tickets?
