Currently, it is only supported to select one value. With the introduction of the Multi-select field type we have seen more and more use cases where this field would be very helpful if it referenced Tickets, Users or Organization (or even Sunshine Data Objects). It would be great if this would be supported to allow multiple field values, just like Sunshine allows 1:1 or 1:many relationships.

hi @martijn12- Would you mind sharing a use case that would help in this reference. At this point, we don't anticipate Lookup fields to support 1:Many relationships. However, as we introduce more field types, the use cases would drive more traction towards building the capability.
Agree. Often there is more than one person that can be contacted and now the agent need to know the name of the "others" that aren't displayed which kinda defeat the purpose
