We're noticed the 'Name' field is default and can't be changed or deleted. We're building a case where we'd like to store the Serialnumbers of articles in Zendesk and the Serialnumber should be the 'title' of the record in this scenario. It would be confusing for the user if this is called a Name. From the database perspective I can imagine the reason this is done but it would be great if we could at least adjust the title of the 'Name' field.
