I can't choose "is not" or "contains non of the following" conditions which is usefull.
E.g. if both agents and admins share a "relationship tag" I need to set "meet any..." to role is agent / role is admin instead of "is not" end-user.
In more complex situations like "all departments except deparment X" it would be usefull with a "is not"
Same with tags. I would want to be able to exclude values. "contains non of the following tags"
