Nice feature!
But we noticed following pain point:
- a new notification pops up
- I'm working on another ticket so I ignore it
- I submit / update my current ticket and the new notification pops up again and again in the top right corner
what we want:
- we want the red number but we don't want the newest notification to pop up in the top right corner each time I update a ticket

+1 to what Stephanie mentioned. The multiple notifications are causing too much noise and disrupting my workflow. Is there a way to disable these until this is resolved?
We always like testing new features and this one has a lot of potential, but we should have control over what triggers the pop-up.
