- Only one maximum customizable rating question currently with only 5 rating scales maximum, need an option to add more custom questions and increase the rating limit.
- The rating scale answer (Quite Good, Quite Bad, 1-5, etc.) is not captured in both Ticket support as well as Explore reporting.
- Translation experience with dynamic content is not correct (see screenshot).
- No options to let requester do the custom survey only once.
- No options to customize the survey box in the Email (adjust text “Share your feedback with us”, change color of button, etc.) which is something desirable.
- A customized option on the “Thank you for doing the survey” message is desirable.
