Feedback - Allow lookup fields to be used in trigger/automation actions

It would be helpful to have lookup fields available as the input to trigger/automation actions.  For example, I'd like to have a trigger that adds a customer's account manager as a follower to the ticket.  Using a lookup field, I can easily associate the account manager with the organization, but the Add follower action does not give the option to select the account manager lookup field so it can add the correct account manager.

The logic would be something like WHEN the ticket is updated AND the Account Manager Lookup Field is present THEN add the user specified in the Account Manager Lookup Field user as a follower.

Likewise, being able to use a lookup field as the input to the Email user action would be very useful.

Thank you Eric. This use case makes sense. We are adding this to our backlog. I will let you know once we have an update on this.
