Feedback: Allow field to be used in ticket form conditionality

We def require the ability to use a lookup field in ticket form condionality.

My use case here: I have a field Technician field which I want to populate on the form in the event the "initiate field on-site request" is yes. This would allow me to associate which field tech I'm assigning to the on-site call-out.

I then want to be able to use this in explore reporting.

Making lookup fields conditional is also a requirement for us.  Lookup fields will be extremely useful for specific situations, but if we can't hide them until they're needed they just end up cluttering our forms.

hey @ashwin11,

Do you have an ETA on this? I really need this to work as the lookup field is basically useless in my testing if I can't surface it within a certain point in my form.

Thank you @eric20 and @amie11- The team is looking into enabling Lookup fields as a conditional field. I don't have an ETA at this point.

Explore Reporting is something that we are discussing but that will take longer

@amie11 & @eric20, good news! Conditionality has been enabled for Lookup fields. Let me know if you're running into issues or have questions.
