Hi All,
I am attempting to configure federated search within our Zendesk but have hit a hurdle, there appears to be no "configure" button displayed for us. We've checked on multiple accounts and the results are the same for all, and we have an Enterprise license. Is there something that we are missing as a pre-requisite perhaps that might be disabling this?

any ideas are welcome, I've looped through the documentation many times now and cant seem to find anyone else who has had this issue either.
