Feature Requests: Setting up Teams Side Conversations via Macro not supported

We discovered setting up a Side Conversation on Microsoft Teams is not supported from a Macro. As this is such a vital part for many internal processes to standardize requests, it would make much sense to quickly add this feature.

      I would also consider this a critical function for use of Teams and Zendesk together. We have loads of channels and it would be good to help staff target the correct one with the use of a Macro.

        I too would like to see support for setting up a macro for side conversations by Teams.

        It would allow us to register the necessary requirements in the first contact as a template for quicker communication. Thank you in advance.
