If I'm not mistaken, it's currently not possible to use the Custom Objects in Macro's when they are connected to a ticket organization, ticket requester or ticket itself. It would be good if this would be supported (especially if this would go a couple of steps deep in the data relations).

Are you referring to actions within Macros? Would you be able to share a few use cases where you'd need a macro to update a custom object ? CC: @scott17
@ashwin11 Is it also possible to use their related attributes in a macro?
For example, if a transaction custom object is linked to a Ticket through a lookup field in the Ticket form - would it be possible to include attribute values of a transaction (like invoice amount, transaction type and so on) in a macro?
If yes, what would be placeholders be for that?
