I think it would be a nice user experience if all of these labels came pre-filled.
If someone is new to Zendesk, it would help them get up and running with CSAT faster if you're presenting them a full list of pre-filled labels which they could use or then further update based on the exisiting defaults for inspiration.
Also - as a ZD consultant, I hate having to think about what labels and wording to use when I config this for customers. I just thought it might be a nice addition for users new to the game of support/CX. :)
