Feature Request: Option to add records quickly via 'Add +' menu in Top Bar

It would help to speed up work if it was possible to add records to Custom Objects using the Add + menu on the Top Bar. For an example, the three most common Custom Objects databases could be added and would allow users for quick access to add important records.

      This would be good additionally for the custom object that you have a record for open and tab focused given you have permissions to create records in those custom object.
