I'm in the process of configuring a bot and have come across a limitation: the only way to change the bot's language is based on the user's browser language.
Let me explain the use case. I have a website with pages in both English and Spanish, and the bot is natively set in Spanish, so doesn't matter the language the user choose to see the web page, only matter the language they have selected as default.
The request is to have more control over the bot's language. For this, we propose two options:
- Allow us to give the option to the customer to choose in which language they wish to interact with the bot.
- Or allow us to "force" the bot's language based on the URL.
