Feature Request Summmary
We need the ability to update the brand name within the welcome message of the Answer Bot.
Description/Use Cases
Because we are a bilingual company, all our brands have a English and French name.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature
To comply with the OQLF, we need to ensure that we provide all content in French on our French pages. I was able to change the widget title and the Answer Bot name to use the French brand name, excep for the brand name within the welcome message.
