Facebook Page is associated with another Zendesk account

Hi,

user long time ago created trial and connected Facebook page. Account trial expired and account was deleted.

After some time new account with same email was created, but when we are trying to assign our Facebook page, at last step 2 we get this error:

Channel wasn’t added
Page is associated with another Zendesk account

Support not responding, Facebook said it is Zendesk problem, can't find answer here.

Maybe anyone know what is possible to do?

Hi Deividas Brasas,

Our apologies for the inconvenience. 

Can you please try removing the Zendesk Facebook App from your Facebook page then try to add the Facebook page to your new Zendesk account? In this way, it will remove the integration completely.

Hello Aubree,

thank you for response. Unfortunately this problems still persist after Zendesk integration removal. Tried with different browsers.

Any recommendations what else can be done?

I have the same problem. I also tried removing the business integration. Is there a solution?
