Hi,
user long time ago created trial and connected Facebook page. Account trial expired and account was deleted.
After some time new account with same email was created, but when we are trying to assign our Facebook page, at last step 2 we get this error:
Channel wasn’t added
Page is associated with another Zendesk account
Support not responding, Facebook said it is Zendesk problem, can't find answer here.
Maybe anyone know what is possible to do?
