I need to extract all articles from the help center section to e.g. an excel file. I don't need the tickets in the support section.

You can use a small program called kBackup to extract all the text and pictures to a local folder. Each article is a separate HTML file...

Is it possible to export a list of Help Center articles along with the author, status, publish date, update date etc? This would allow us to better to manage the content of our knowledge base.
