Is there a way I can export a selection of our tickets (in particular the names and email addresses) from Zendesk

Depending on your plan, you can do a CSV/XML export: Exporting data to a CSV or XML file (Professional and Enterprise), or use our API.

Thanks Jessie,

I had a look at the link you provided, but just need to confirm one thing. We want to be able to export names and emails addresses that are included in the tickets. Is this what is included in the user data?

Hey Toby, 

It sure does. It'll include each user in your Zendesk by name, along with the information from the fields in their user profile, including email.
