Export Zendesk Ticket data to Google Sheets

 Hi!

 

I'm trying to find a way to add a new row to a Google sheet, possibly with the press of a button for certain tickets in Zendesk.  I don't need every ticket to be added in the sheet, just the ones I choose to export. Is there a way to achieve this?

    Hello Ritwik, 

    Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, Zendesk does not have any integration with Google Sheets so the kind of exporting you're describing would not be possible easily. 

    You can export ticket data using the API but there is not a pre-built solution for linking this information to Google Sheets.
