Upon reading the Zendesk Export documentation. I was under the impression that we could select any data range required and a file would be created covering this time period to include tickets, ticket comments, time received, etc. However, based on the Zendesk Support response I am told a different story. My software partner does not need data from 2019 and sorting through all that. We simply need a function within JSON or any other file format to pull data from a select date range in order to perform our analysis. Can you provide a solution? Thank you!

This would be handy, as current data dumps have a tendency to overwhelm our reporting utilities. That being said, if you're handy with the API, you can make it work in the meantime. But having this be native in the Admin Center would be a plus and a timesaver!
