Explore - Reporting on CSAT on Date Satisfaction Rating was Submitted

Hi guys,

I'm attempting to produce a query that will show us the overall satisfaction rating by month.

The problem I am faced with is that there doesn't seem to be a Time attribute for the Satisfaction Rating being submitted.

Using "Time - Ticket Updated" does not work as there are instances where a follow-up was created and the ticket has received updates after the feedback was submitted meaning the overall satisfaction for a given month is incorrect.

I've seen this question asked before but wasn't able to find a clear answer, are you able to assist?

Hi Daniel - apparently there is no attribute like "CSAT Received Date" like with the NPS. In our company what we are using is the "Ticket Created Month" filter to get the NPS for that month.

I am having the same problem as well. Are you using a 3rd party app for your CSAT? We're using CSAT and I am trying to figure a way to report on the survey receive date.
