Hi guys,
I'm attempting to produce a query that will show us the overall satisfaction rating by month.
The problem I am faced with is that there doesn't seem to be a Time attribute for the Satisfaction Rating being submitted.
Using "Time - Ticket Updated" does not work as there are instances where a follow-up was created and the ticket has received updates after the feedback was submitted meaning the overall satisfaction for a given month is incorrect.
I've seen this question asked before but wasn't able to find a clear answer, are you able to assist?
