Hi all,
we have a custom field "End of Warranty" where over a custom app the end of warranty of the product is written. I now want to count the tickets in Zendesk Explore where the creation date of the ticket was before the "End of Warranty". I cam up with this custom Attrbibute:
DATE_LESS_OR_EQUAL([Ticket created - Date],[Warranty End])
and as Metric I used Count(tickets)
But the tickets which where provided doesn't even had the custom field filled.
Does anyone has an idea?
