I started experiencing an issue starting this morning wherein I can't access our dashboard in Explore and it's just loading and loading all day when I am connected to Home Wifi but working when I am connected to Mobile Hotspot.
Our internet connection at home is very stable and no reported issue and all other Zendesk products works perfectly fine except Explore.
I raised a ticket for this but the consultant can't seem to find what's causing the issue.
Explore is not working using Home Wifi but working using mobile hotspot
