Explore Dashboard Reporting: Zendesk Talk: Agent Activity

I pulled a past timeframe and it's omitting a former agent and their data.  How can I pull previous data and it pull an agent that is no longer with us?  The information I want is Leg Agent Name, Accepted Call Legs, Outbound Calls.

Agent User Type is now End User and has been suspended.  

Below is a screenshot of the information I need in a certain time frame.
