Error out after attempted integration

After confirmation on joining I am redirected to input the subdomain of my zendesk. After confirmation and permissions allowed I am now running into the  following screen 

hoping to get this resolved quickly, thank you.

    Hi @Robert Kruszynski,

    Are you able to confirm what tier of plan you are on? Are you an admin for this Zendesk account?

    Thanks for getting back. Working on seeing the admin side however I am also working with Emil to solve this who has admin access to both the discord and zendesk 

    ticket they posted found here

    We are looking to resolve this sooner than later.
